I learned so much about myself and addiction. I cannot express how valuable you’ve been to me! I will be 1 year sober on January 24 and could not be happier. Thank you thank you thank you so very much for giving me the tools to fight my addiction. I think you all are amazing and appreciated more than you can ever imagine.🩵

How many sessions per week will I have?

To start, you’ll be scheduled for three initial appointments: one with a nurse to complete a medical assessment, one with a licensed therapist to complete a clinical assessment and one with a financial counselor to discuss your insurance benefits and coverage. Based on your assessment, we’ll craft a teletherapy and treatment plan to address your unique situation. From there, you’ll be assigned to a specific level of care which will include varying numbers of sessions each week.

  • Patients in Partial Hospitalization (PHP) have sessions 5-6 hours per day 6 days per week.
  • Intensive Outpatient (IOP) have sessions 3 hours per day for 3 to 5 days per week.
  • Outpatient (OP) clients have the opportunity to attend a minimum of 1 group therapy session and 1 individual therapy session per week.

Can appointments be scheduled around my work and family life?

Yes, we strive to make your appointments as flexible as possible to fit your schedule. Depending on your level of care your treatment may range from 1-6 hours per day.

Will my therapist be available 24/7 or at set times?

While we make every effort to respond to all communication within 24 hours, our therapists are not available 24/7 for messaging.

Who will I meet with for my appointment?

You’ll be matched with a licensed therapist based on your nursing and clinical assessment. Each of our patients receives a personalized plan for their treatment needs.

Will I have the same therapist every session?

Your individual therapist should remain constant throughout your treatment. Depending on which services you engage in, your individual therapist may differ from your group therapist(s).

Are teletherapy sessions secure and confidential?

Yes, we are committed to the safety and privacy of all patients. All communications are transmitted using banking grade encryption and any information you share is protected by HIPAA privacy regulations.

Do you offer group or individual counseling?
